Super good experience with really friendly and super helpful staff. The rooms here are a good size and great value for money. Plus, they have a separate shower – double the convenience! 🚿

Staff were very supportive and the hotel was luxury, it had excellant location very close to the convenient stores. I was there for 1 night and ate at authentic restaurant for breakfast. The room had a large bathroom and central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. Truly enjoyed smooth check-in and late check-out. The shuttle to center station was also a good thing.

great hotel, opposite a minimarket and in front of the door bus stop which takes 10 minutes to the train station. 30 minutes walking distance good walk

Great value for money hotel. The staff was professional and helpful throughout. The room had central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. Centrally located, close to the city center.

Seldom hotel provides "mouth wash" in amenities. Provided 3 x USB + 2 electric plugs for phones and electrical appliances use. Parking space available (at cheap cost). Very GOOD!!

Appealing and comfy hotel, had very nice stay.
The bed was big, and overall the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel was in a remote setting to the airport by the local shuttle bus. We ordered lunch at Ramen Sonshi, located so close to the venue.

The hotel is upscale and reasonably priced. It's located in a residential area, a short walk from restaurants and the Kikusui subway station. The breakfast was awesome. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a full-sized bathroom, perfect for the trip. I enjoyed dining at an authentic restaurant and loved the meals they offered.

Nothing. It is far a way from Sapporo Station. But the shuttle bus from Sapporo station to Hotel is available (Check the time table)
